Life's Short...Eat Dessert First

Life is Short... That's why I find balance in my nutrition; because, for me, eating super clean ALL the time is not realistic.  I want to ENJOY that ice cream cone with my sons or the popcorn at the movies and not feel guilty about it. However, the other times, I am still able to satisfy my sweet tooth without compromising my nutrition.  The 21 Day Fix way of eating has been a complete game-changer.  Even on days where I don't feel like tracking strictly, I still keep my portions in mind as a way for me to stay within my nutritional goals.
