It's true!! The plateau has been haunting me for 6 weeks!!! YES, I SAID 6 WEEKS!! That scale has not budged and I am DETERMINED to make the change in the foods I eat so that I can break through this wall. I have been hitting my workouts hard and know that it has to be the types of food that I have been eating. I eased up A LOT on the "no soda" rule and haven't been drinking a full gallon of water each day. I have had cheat days instead of cheat meals and WAY too much RANCH!!! A good ranch dressing has got to be my biggest weakness other than sweets. It's like I told my challengers last week: saying "no" is difficult!! It does get easier but it still takes effort and focus on WHY you are doing this!! Today, I am going to match the determination in my diet to the dedication in my workouts!! I have been undoing all of the hard work I have been putting in over the last two month. Today, I have decided to complete the challenge with my challengers
